Cancellation Policy

At SadarBazar App, we understand that situations may arise where a buyer needs to cancel an order. However, as a B2B wholesale platform dealing in bulk shipments and verified procurement, we follow a structured Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.

✅ Order Cancellation – Before Processing

You may cancel an order only if:

1. The order has not yet been packed or shipped
2. You submit the cancellation request within 6 hours of placing the order

How to Cancel:

You must notify us via:

2. Email: support@sadarbazarapp.in
3. Include:
4. Order ID
5. Reason for cancellation

If approved, the order will be canceled, and the full amount will be refunded via your original payment method or credited to your wallet.

🚫 Order Cancellation – After Processing

Once your order has been:

1. Packed, shipped, or
2. Handed over to logistics partner

Cancellation will not be allowed.

In such cases, you may still be eligible for a return or refund if the product arrives damaged or incorrect (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

⚠️ Special/Bulk Orders

Orders placed with:

1. Customized quantity,
2. Special pricing, or
3. Non-standard items

Cannot be canceled once confirmed, as these are processed based on specific buyer requirements.

💳 Refund for Canceled Orders

1. For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days post-confirmation.
2. For COD orders, no charges apply if canceled before shipment.

🚚 Auto-Cancellation by SadarBazar

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

1. Products are out of stock or discontinued
2. Buyer details are incomplete, unverifiable, or incorrect
3. Payment is unsuccessful or fraudulent

You will be notified promptly in such cases, and any payments will be refunded in full.
