Welcome to SadarBazar App. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the SadarBazar App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you become a registered user. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Business Model

SadarBazar App operates as a B2B wholesale marketplace. Products listed are available exclusively for resale, commercial use, or bulk procurement. Individual/personal orders may be declined.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any misuse or violation.

5. Orders & Payments

1. All orders placed via the app or WhatsApp must be confirmed with payment as per selected method (Prepaid/COD, where applicable).
2. Prices listed are wholesale rates and subject to availability and change without prior notice.
3. We reserve the right to reject any order without assigning reason.

6. Shipping & Delivery

1. Orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery timelines vary by location.
2. The buyer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
3. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the B2B nature of our business:

1. Returns are only accepted in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Refunds will be processed as per the policy defined at the time of purchase.

8. Product Descriptions

We attempt to ensure product listings are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, and branding elements on the Platform are the intellectual property of SadarBazar App or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

1. Misuse the platform for fraudulent activities
2. Post false information or impersonate any person
3. Interfere with the app’s functioning or security
4. Resell or share app access with unauthorized persons

11. Limitation of Liability

SadarBazar App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or products.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to jurisdiction in Gopalganj, Bihar.
