At SadarBazar App, we aim to deliver all wholesale orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to order dispatch, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and other logistics-related aspects of our service.


🚚 Delivery Coverage

We currently offer PAN India delivery through our trusted logistics partners, including Tier 2 & Tier 3 towns.

We do not support international shipping at this time.


⏱️ Order Processing Time

  1. Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  2. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  3. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time depending on stock availability and product type.


📦 Estimated Delivery Time


Delivery times may vary based on your location:

📌 Note: Unforeseen delays due to strikes, weather, or logistics issues may affect delivery timelines. We will keep you informed via app, email, or WhatsApp.


💸 Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges are calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination.
  2. The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
  3. We may offer free shipping on orders above a specific value, during promotions or for select products/vendors.


🔁 Split Shipments

If your order contains products from multiple vendors, we may ship them separately to avoid delays. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier name will be shared via:

  1. App notification
  2. WhatsApp
  3. Email

You can also track orders directly within the SadarBazar App under the “My Orders” section.


Delivery Attempt & Responsibility

  1. Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If undelivered, the package will be returned.
  2. Ensure your address and contact details are accurate at the time of order.
  3. Any cost incurred due to incorrect address or failed delivery will be borne by the buyer.


🧾 Inspection on Delivery

We recommend that buyers inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any:

  1. Damage to the outer box
  2. Missing items
  3. Tampering

Kindly record a video and report the issue within 48 hours through our support channels.
