At SadarBazar App, we strive to ensure that all wholesale buyers receive high-quality products in excellent condition. Due to the B2B nature of our business, we follow a strict but fair Refund and Return Policy outlined below.
🔁 Return Eligibility
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- You receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Product is significantly different from what was described/listed
- A return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
❗ Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, overstock, or minor packaging differences in B2B wholesale transactions.
📝 Return Request Process
- Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery through:

- Provide:
- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Brief explanation of the issue
- Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours and inform you of the return status.
💵 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed:
- Only after the returned goods are received and inspected (if pickup is applicable)
- Or after verifying valid photo/video proof for non-returnable issues
Refund will be issued in the form of:
- Store credit / wallet balance for future purchases
- Or bank/UPI transfer, as per buyer’s preference
Refund Timeline: 3–7 business days post-approval
🚫 Non-Returnable Products
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care items with hygiene seals broken
- Customized or special bulk orders
📦 Product Pick-Up / Reverse Logistics
- In applicable cases, we will arrange return pickup via our logistics partners
- The product must be packed securely in its original packaging
- Return pickup is not available in all pin codes. Alternate return instructions will be provided if needed
❗ Important Notes
- All return/refund decisions are subject to SadarBazar App’s final verification
- Repeat abuse of the return policy may result in account suspension
- For prepaid orders, refund will go to the original payment method
- For COD orders, bank details must be provided for refund
