Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 19, 2025


At SadarBazar App, we strive to ensure that all wholesale buyers receive high-quality products in excellent condition. Due to the B2B nature of our business, we follow a strict but fair Refund and Return Policy outlined below.


🔁 Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. You receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  2. Product is significantly different from what was described/listed
  3. A return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
❗ Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, overstock, or minor packaging differences in B2B wholesale transactions.


📝 Return Request Process

  1. Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery through:

  3. Email: support@sadarbazarapp.in
  4. Provide:
  5. Order ID
  6. Clear images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
  7. Brief explanation of the issue
  8. Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours and inform you of the return status.


💵 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed:

  1. Only after the returned goods are received and inspected (if pickup is applicable)
  2. Or after verifying valid photo/video proof for non-returnable issues

Refund will be issued in the form of:

  1. Store credit / wallet balance for future purchases
  2. Or bank/UPI transfer, as per buyer’s preference

Refund Timeline: 3–7 business days post-approval


🚫 Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective:

  1. Opened or used products
  2. Personal care items with hygiene seals broken
  3. Customized or special bulk orders


📦 Product Pick-Up / Reverse Logistics

  1. In applicable cases, we will arrange return pickup via our logistics partners
  2. The product must be packed securely in its original packaging
  3. Return pickup is not available in all pin codes. Alternate return instructions will be provided if needed


❗ Important Notes

  1. All return/refund decisions are subject to SadarBazar App’s final verification
  2. Repeat abuse of the return policy may result in account suspension
  3. For prepaid orders, refund will go to the original payment method
  4. For COD orders, bank details must be provided for refund
